General requirement:
1. Has a reasonable level of English and a willingness to interact with the students (not leading, just offering advice)
Specific Requirements:
1. Has woodworking skills with a basic understanding of plastics and metals
2. Proficient in the use of hand tools with a willingness to develop their knowledge regarding the DT machinery; not only to operate, but to assist in their maintenance
3. Has a basic practical understanding of electronics (not electrics)
